At Courageous Character, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Our focus is on cultivating strong character, developing leadership skills, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning in each and every child.
We also believe that truth and wisdom begin with a strong foundation in faith. Students are taught Bible lessons and are encouraged to see the world through a biblical worldview. Through these lessons, children learn values such as integrity, kindness, responsibility, and respect for others.
Our goal is to help students grow academically, physically, and spiritually while developing the confidence and character needed to make a positive impact in their homes, communities, and the world.
Our Program
At Courageous Character, it is our goal to give students a true passion for learning. We believe learning should be exciting, engaging, and something children feel inspired to pursue — not something they simply have to do. In our classrooms, students are actively involved in lessons that spark curiosity and encourage them to explore, ask questions, and take pride in their progress. Our lead teacher brings over 20 years of experience and is widely known for both her deep love for her students and the strong academic success they achieve during and after their time in her classroom. She creates an environment where students feel supported, confident, and motivated to grow, helping them develop both the skills and the mindset needed to thrive in future academic settings.
Enrichment Activities
At Courageous Character, students enjoy a balanced day that supports both growth and childhood joy. In addition to their academic learning, students participate in Taekwondo, where they build strength, confidence, coordination, and discipline in a fun and encouraging environment. Just as importantly, we make space for play and exploration. Students have time to imagine, create, and interact with one another through hands-on activities and free play that supports social development and creativity. This balance of structured learning, physical activity, and meaningful play helps students stay engaged, energized, and excited to come back each day.
