Mrs. Holly Kierstead-Teacher
has been teaching and developing this curriculum for over 20 years. She is a certified educator through the University of Central Florida and brings both professional training and deep experience to the classroom. Her passion for teaching and dedication to her students have shaped a program that inspires curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
Throughout her career, Holly has impacted countless students, helping them grow academically, socially, and personally. Her commitment to excellence and genuine care for each child continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the students and families she serves.
Master Happy Howell – Senior Instructor
Happy Howell is the Senior Instructor at Courageous Kicks Taekwondo. She is a 6th-degree black belt in the United States Chung Do Kwan Association and has received numerous recognitions for both competition and leadership. Among these honors, she was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a Black Belt Role Model.
Master Howell designs the lesson plans and cultivates the culture of every Taekwondo class. She is committed to ensuring that students learn high-quality martial arts while also developing the character traits that Taekwondo is known for—respect, perseverance, self-control, and leadership. Under her guidance, students grow not only as martial artists but also as confident individuals who carry these values into their daily lives.
